HONG KONG, July 2 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.7 jolted 112 km NW of Neiafu, Tonga at 10:27:45 GMT on Sunday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 247.0 km, was initially determined to be at 17.90 degrees south latitude and 174.70 degrees west longitude. ■
