MINSK, June 15 (Xinhua) -- A Ukrainian drone with explosives was shot down at the end of May in the Gomel region of Belarus, said the State Border Committee of Belarus on Thursday.
Border guards found the drone moving from Ukrainian territory to the rear of Belarus. They shot down the drone, according to the State Border Committee.
During the inspection of the area, multiple metal elements with traces of thermal impact were found and seized. Technical expertise showed that an explosive device fixed on board the drone was detonated when a bullet hit. ■
