FUZHOU, June 4 (Xinhua) -- The 2023 China (Fuzhou) International Seafood & Fisheries Expo has been held in Fuzhou, capital of southeast China's Fujian Province.

The three-day expo, which wraps up on Sunday, covers a total exhibition area of 50,000 square meters.

An exhibition area featuring the "Two Countries, Twin Parks" project between China and Indonesia has attracted much attention from Indonesian enterprises.

With its memorandum signed in January 2021, the "Two Countries, Twin Parks" project represents a solid step to synergize the China-proposed Belt and Road Initiative and Indonesia's vision of the Global Maritime Fulcrum.

It also serves as an innovative approach to deepening bilateral economic and trade ties, which has brought tangible benefits to both countries.

Ben Perkasa Drajat, Indonesian consul general in Guangzhou, hopes that the expo can promote cooperation between the two countries in the fishery industry.
