AMMAN, May 24 (Xinhua) -- A cultural salon titled "Tea for Harmony" was held in the Jordanian capital Amman on Wednesday, providing attendees with an immersion in tea-making demonstrations, tea-tasting experiences, and Chinese cultural performances.
In the Chinese tea culture, tea is seen as a carrier to spread arts. Visitors enjoyed the performance of the Sichuan opera "Bianlian," also known as face-changing, as well as the traditional Chinese costume of Hanfu during the event.
