WARSAW, May 24 (Xinhua) -- Szymon Marciniak, a Polish referee, has been appointed to officiate the Champions League final between Manchester City and Inter Milan, according to the UEFA announcement on Wednesday.
The match is slated for June 10 in Istanbul, Turkey.
Marciniak took charge of the FIFA World Cup final between Argentina and France in December 2022.
Earlier this month, he officiated the UEFA Champions League semifinal where Manchester City competed against Real Madrid. ■
