BEIJING, May 21 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.8 jolted Prince Edward Islands region at 1456 GMT on Sunday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 43.4362 degrees south latitude and 39.3676 degrees east longitude. ■
