Yunjin, or Yun brocade, with a history of over 1,600 years, is famous for its exquisite craft, elegant patterns and smooth texture.
Jian Mingwei from China's Taiwan is now the curator of Nanjing Yun Brocade Museum in east China's Jiangsu Province. Since 2020, he has been popularizing Yun brocade.
As a Taiwan compatriot, Jian hopes to carry forward the Chinese culture and enhance the ethnic identity across the Strait.
