HONG KONG, May 13 (Xinhua) -- Hong Kong Premier League side Kitchee completed the treble as they crushed BC Rangers 7-1 to win the 2022-23 Hong Kong FA Cup at Mongkok Stadium here on Saturday.
Having won this season's Senior Shield and Premier League titles, Kitchee was in high spirits as they broke the deadlock in the 30th minute and led 3-1 at half-time, before scoring another four after the break, with Cleiton completing a hat-trick and Charlie Scott bagging a brace.
This is Kitchee's seventh FA Cup title and their second treble, after having previously scooped three trophies in the 2017-18 season. ■
