BEIRUT, April 19 (Xinhua) -- As Eid al-Fitr which ends the Muslim fasting month of Ramadan is approaching, shopping for various sweets and desserts for the holiday brings a bite of sweetness to the crisis-hit Lebanese.
Muslims worldwide celebrate Eid al-Fitr for three days to mark the completion of the holy month of Ramadan. Whether this year's Eid al-Fitr will fall on Friday or Saturday is decided by the sighting of the crescent moon on Thursday by Muslim scholars.
