“Shaoxing in the Tang and Song Dynasties” 2023 Shaoxing Culture & Tourism Media Joint Promotion Campaign was held Wednesday in Shaoxing, east China’s Zhejiang Province. Participants offered suggestions on the high-quality development of cultural tourism in Shaoxing.
The event displayed a variety of culture and tourism products with Shaoxing characteristics. It reproduced scenes of ancient scholars composing poems and music through immersive activities such as the winding stream party, and the bamboo rafting.
The participants were invited to visit the Asian Games venues to learn about preparations for the Asian Games.
In recent years, Shaoxing has made great efforts to create a cultural tourism brand featured by its local characteristics.
