HONG KONG, April 9 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.4 jolted the Nicobar Islands, India region at 07:46:15 GMT on Sunday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 9.0648 degrees north latitude and 94.0249 degrees east longitude. ■
