Huang Chunshan, coffee trainer and head of a catering company in Yanji of Jilin Province, is now in charge of 22 chain cafes. After resigning from a foreign enterprise in Shanghai, Huang Chunshan returned to Yanji in 2009 and set up a coffee training class to help young people start their own businesses. More than 1,000 practitioners of coffee industry have received training at her class until now. Jiang Jingtai, coffee roaster of a food processing company in Yanji, has been engaging in the coffee industry for 9 years. Considering the continuous development of coffee consumption market in Yanji and the increasing demand for roasted coffee beans, Jiang Jingtai decided to change his career from a barista to a coffee roaster.
