PATTAYA, Thailand, April 1 (Xinhua) -- Thailand achieved its target by recording 6.15 million foreign tourist arrivals in the first quarter of 2023. In Pattaya's Nong Nooch Tropical Garden park, water, laughter, and crowds filled this lively place as tourists splashed water on each other with bowls in activities. Some interacted affectionately with the elephant, bustling with excitement.
