LAHORE, Pakistan, March 8 (Xinhua) -- The 2023 Pakistan Derby Horse Race kicked off on Sunday at the Lahore Race Club amidst thundering hooves in the racecourse.
The Pakistan Derby is the premier horse racing event of the country, in which the finest of Pakistani thoroughbred colts and fillies of the age of four years run over 2400 meters to contend for the cup.
