RIGA, March 6 (Xinhua) -- Estonia's President Alar Karis on Monday called on the country's political parties that have won seats in the new Parliament to start coalition talks without delay.

In last Sunday's general election, the country's center-right Reform Party beat its competitors by an overwhelming margin.

According to preliminary results with 99 percent of ballots counted, the Reform Party led by Prime Minister Kaja Kallas won 31.2 percent of the vote, followed by the nationalist Conservative People's Party of Estonia (EKRE) with 16.1 percent and the Center Party (EK) with 15.3 percent.

On Sunday, Estonians voted to elect 101 members of the country's unicameral Parliament (Riigikogu).
