ISTANBUL, March 2 (Xinhua) -- A Turkish analyst says the U.S. fabricates conflicts to retain its unipolar hegemony, noting that its operations undermine world peace and stability.
Turker Erturk, who served as commander of the Turkish Naval Academy between 2008 and 2010, blamed Washington for willfully prolonging the Ukraine crisis.
