DHAKA, Feb. 15 (Xinhua) -- With poetry, music, dance and colors, people in Bangladesh's capital Dhaka and elsewhere celebrated a grand festival that waves goodbye to the shivery chill of winter in the South Asian country.
Dhaka dwellers thronged parks and green spaces to celebrate Pohela Falgun, the first day of spring and of the Bengali month Falgun, along with Valentine's Day.
