BALKH, Afghanistan, Jan. 27 (Xinhua) -- In Afghanistan, bakeries make naan, traditional Afghan leaf bread, as part of daily routine.
Naan has an oval or rectangular shape and is baked in cylindrical clay oven called tandoor.
