WENGEN, Switzerland, Jan. 14 (Xinhua) -- Norway's Aleksander Kilde made it two alpine skiing World Cup wins in two days with victory in the downhill race in the 93rd Internationale Lauberhornrennen here on Saturday.

Kilde, who had won Friday's Super-G, timed one minute and 43.14 seconds to beat Olympic Giant Slalom champion Marco Odermatt, who was 0.88 seconds adrift. Italy's Mattia Casse was third in 1:44.15.

This is the 10th downhill World Cup victory for Kilde, who has already collected 19 World Cup titles in total.

Bad weather conditions forced the longest World Cup downhill race to be cut short, from 4,480 meters down to 2,950 meters, but that didn't affect Kilde, who had the fastest time on almost every section of the race.
