SINGAPORE, Dec. 28 (Xinhua) -- Singapore reported 1,547 new cases of COVID-19 on Wednesday, bringing the total tally to 2,199,237.
A total of 91 cases are currently warded in hospitals, with four of them held in intensive care units, according to statistics released by the Ministry of Health.
No new death from COVID-19 was reported on Wednesday, making the total death toll stay unchanged at 1,711. ■
