SOFIA, Nov. 10 (Xinhua) -- The 36th FIG Trampoline Gymnastics World Championships will be held here next week in the Arena Sofia Hall, an official announced on Thursday.
Some 380 athletes from 45 countries and regions, including China, will attend the four-day event, which will kick off on Nov. 16, Stoian Dimitrov, President of the Bulgarian Trampoline Federation, said at a press conference.
The first delegations, according to Dimitrov, have already arrived. "Azerbaijan, Brazil and Georgia were in the training hall yesterday. New Zealand, Mexico, Australia and a few more will be today," he said.
This will be the third time Bulgaria has hosted a trampoline gymnastics world championships, with the previous tournaments being in 2013 and 2017. ■
