ISLAMABAD, Nov. 10 (Xinhua) -- Pakistan has recorded 38 new COVID-19 cases, the country's ministry of health said on Thursday.
The overall tally of infected people climbed to 1,574,508 across the South Asian country with the fresh cases. A total of 30,629 people died of COVID-19 in Pakistan, with one more death reported on Wednesday, according to the ministry's statistics.
On Wednesday, 5,362 tests were conducted throughout Pakistan whereas the positivity rate stood at 0.71 percent.
There are 51 patients in critical condition in the country. ■
