Walking in the alleys on the east bank of the Tigris River in central Baghdad, one cannot miss the beautiful heritage buildings in the area. To help preserve these buildings, Minister of Culture, Tourism, and Antiquities Hassan Nadhim has introduced a program to allocate these heritage buildings to cultural organizations.
