ISLAMABAD, Nov. 5 (Xinhua) -- Pakistan has recorded 46 new COVID-19 cases, the country's ministry of health said on Saturday.
The overall tally of infected people climbed to 1,574,321 across the South Asian country with the fresh cases, according to the data released by the ministry.
A total of 30,627 people died of COVID-19 in Pakistan, with no more death reported on Friday, according to the ministry's statistics.
On Friday, 8,237 tests were conducted throughout Pakistan whereas the positivity rate stood at 0.56 percent.
There are 58 patients who are in critical condition in the country. ■
