SERANG, Indonesia, Nov. 2 (Xinhua) -- Covering an area of four hectares with 124 permanent cages, the Ting Ping Ping (TPP) Shelter House Foundation was established in 2010 in Serang of Indonesia's Banten Province as a dog shelter for stray and abandoned dogs. It currently houses 1,100 rescued dogs.
