SEOUL, Oct. 26 (Xinhua) -- Autumn in Seoul, the capital city of South Korea, starts in September and it is over by the end of November. Seoul has now entered its late autumn season, when the skies are brilliantly blue, the weather is perfect and the leaves of trees slowly change color. It is wonderfully refreshing.
