KATHMANDU, Oct. 24 (Xinhua) -- Marigold flowers are endowed with auspicious status as they are used as decoration and offering to the god. In Nepal's farms, people are collecting flowers for the upcoming Tihar festival.
The flower sea sprawls over the whole hillside, which is set off by bright yellow and golden orange colors with green leaves, looking like an oil painting from a distance.
