SHENYANG, Oct. 17 (Xinhua) -- Covering an area of 180,000 square meters, a former factory area in the old industrial hub of Dalian, China's Liaoning Province has seen successful redevelopment in recent years.
The old industrial complex of Dalian Bingshan Group Co., Ltd. has 46 buildings built in different periods of history.
After an overall relocation of the company in 2017, the factories lying idle underwent a creative transformation and the area was turned into an innovation-based cultural park.
