TASHKENT, Oct. 8 (Xinhua) -- Mongolian judoka Tsend-Ochir Tsogtbaatar won the gold medal in the men's -73kg at the Judo World Championships on Saturday.
Tsogtbaatar defeated Japanese Soichi Hashimoto in the final, becoming the fifth world champion in the history of Mongolian judo.
Brazilian Daniel Cargnin and Hidayet Heydarov of Azerbaijan finished with the bronze.
The Judo World Championships runs from October 6 to 13. ■
