BULACAN, the Philippines, Sept. 27 (Xinhua) -- Super typhoon Noru slammed Luzon island in the Philippines with heavy rainfall and winds since Sunday afternoon, leaving five people dead. In Bulacan Province, the huge flooding inundated large areas and people were struggling to pace through the waist-deep flood waters in the streets.
