BEIJING, Sept. 22 (Xinhua) -- China midfielder Hao Junmin is not yet fit for Chinese Super League games despite his good physical form, said Guangzhou FC head coach Zheng Zhi.
Hao, 35, who joined the Guangzhou club in late August, has only played with the Chinese national team after he fell out with Wuhan Yangtze River club over contractual issues last season.
"Hao Junmin has trained on his own for three months or so after coming back from the international commitments, so he is in rather good physical condition," Zheng said.
"He played in several latest games, you can see that his physical form is okay. It feels like he still needs one or three games to be match fit," Zheng said.
Eight-time champions Guangzhou FC currently sit third from the bottom of the Chinese Super League table with 11 points from 18 games. ■
