ISLAMABAD, Sept. 12 (Xinhua) -- Pakistan reported 105 new COVID-19 cases on Sunday, bringing the overall number of confirmed cases to 1,571,196, its ministry of health said on Monday.
The new infections were detected after diagnostic testing was performed on 13,533 samples.
A total of 30,599 people died of COVID-19 in Pakistan, with no more death reported on Sunday, said the ministry.
There are 94 patients in critical condition in the country. ■
