KATHMANDU, Sept. 12 (Xinhua) -- Celebrations of the Indra Jatra Festival are underway in Nepal's Kathmandu to honor Indra, the god of rain. The eight-day-long festival is one of the biggest festivals celebrated in Kathmandu valley.
