HARBIN, Aug. 11, 2022 (Xinhua) -- The 2022 World 5G Convention has been held from August 10 and will last to 12 in Harbin, the capital of northeast China's Heilongjiang Province.
The event aims to bring together the latest achievements and viewpoints of 5G development in the world, draw a blueprint for a global system of science and technology as well as industrial cooperation, and build a platform for the close integration of the 5G innovation chain, industrial chain, and supply chain.
China has some 1.85 million 5G base stations and more than 450 million 5G end users, both accounting for over 60 percent of the global total.
