A Cambodian scholar says that the U.S. is attempting to create instability and conflicts in Asia, and the ramifications of its hegemonic and bullying policy globally will be imminent and severe.
Joseph Matthews, a senior professor at the BELTEI International University in Phnom Penh, said in a recent interview with Xinhua that the U.S. undermines the sovereignty and territorial integrity of other countries.
Matthews said that the weapon industry in the U.S. is eager to create a war-like atmosphere around the world.
Matthews stated that the U.S. hegemonic and bullying policy globally will not take the country too far.
