LAS PINAS CITY, the Philippines, Aug. 6 (Xinhua) -- The Water Lily Festival, an annual celebration in Las Pinas City, the Philippines, aims to promote the city's local products made out of water lilies and provide a sustainable livelihood for the city's residents. Many contestants wear hand-made dresses to participate in the water lily costume competition of the 15th Water Lily Festival.
