HERAT, Afghanistan, July 31 (Xinhua) -- Afghanistan's Herat is well known for the good quality of grapes and is rich in numerous grape varieties, with a long history of agriculture and cultivation. According to local officials, about 150,000 tons of grapes would be harvested here.
