DHAKA, July 18 (Xinhua) -- Bangladesh's once bustling fishermen's wharves in Cox's Bazar, some 400 km southeast of capital Dhaka, lie dormant, with dozens of fishing boats tied along the shores.
Like previous years, Bangladesh banned fishing off its coast for 65 days from May 20 in order to help ensure the smooth breeding of fish and boost depleted fish stocks.
