ISLAMABAD, June 13 (Xinhua) -- Pakistan reported 94 new COVID-19 cases during the past 24 hours, the country's ministry of health said on Monday.
The tally of infected people increased to 1,531,273 after adding the new cases, according to the data released by the ministry.
A total of 30,381 people died from COVID-19 in Pakistan, with no more deaths recorded on Sunday, according to the ministry's statistics.
On Sunday, 11,934 tests for COVID-19 were conducted in Pakistan while the positivity rate stood at 0.79 percent.
Currently, there are 50 active cases that are in critical condition in the South Asian country. ■
