BEIJING, June 5 (Xinhua) -- Beijing has seen no community transmission of COVID-19 in the city since last Friday, during its latest round of COVID-19 resurgence.
As the number of single-day new infections is also on a downward trend in Beijing, dine-in services at restaurants will be reopened starting Monday, and schools will slowly resume in-person classes.
A Zimbabwean student studying in Beijing spoke positively about the city's effective measures which quickly put the COVID-19 resurgence under control.
