CANBERRA, June 5 (Xinhua) -- The Dragon Boat Festival was celebrated in Canberra on Saturday when the local community came to experience the traditional Chinese festival by Lake Burley Griffin in Canberra on a cold winter day.
The festival, also called the Duanwu Festival, is celebrated on the fifth day of the fifth month of the Chinese lunar calendar, which fell on Friday this year.
