ALGIERS, May 31 (Xinhua) -- The football club of CR Belouizdad on Tuesday won the Algerian championship trophy two rounds before the end of the season after overcoming US Biskra 2-0.
In front of their fans at the 20 August Stadium, CRB secured their win thanks to the goals of Mrezigue (31') and Bousseliou (45').
With 7 points ahead of second-place JS Kabylie, CRB celebrated their third consecutive trophy and the ninth in their history.
CRB will represent Algeria next season in the CAF Champions League. ■
