BEIJING, May 8 (Xinhua) -- Shanghai Port and Shanghai Shenhua have arrived in Dalian for the new Chinese Super League season, despite not knowing when it will begin.
Shanghai Port landed in Dalian on Sunday, one day after Shanghai Shenhua. Both teams are required to serve a mandatory hotel quarantine before being able to train.
The two sides are expected to play their new season's games in Dalian, one of three venues to host fixtures in this season's matches.
It has been reported that the Chinese football authority has chosen Meizhou in Guangdong Province as another one of the venues, with the final location yet to be decided. ■
