HARBIN, May 6 (Xinhua) -- Harbin in northeast China's Heilongjiang Province has decided to gradually lift COVID-19 restrictions in the city's downtown areas starting from May 5, as the epidemic abates under active prevention and control efforts. Urban traffic, business activities and school classes will resume in an orderly manner.
