SAN JOSE, April 3 (Xinhua) -- Costa Rica's former Finance Minister Rodrigo Chaves of the Social Democratic Progress Party is leading the second round of presidential elections on Sunday with 52.89 percent of the vote, the country's Supreme Electoral Tribunal (TSE) said.
According to the TSE, the other candidate, former President Jose Maria Figueres of the National Liberation Party is in the second place with 47.11 percent of the vote. ■
