QUEZON CITY, the Philippines, March 21 (Xinhua) -- The Philippines has observed the National Rabies Day, which is held in March to enhance awareness on rabies prevention in pet animals.
Pet owners brought their animals for free rabies vaccination provided by the government in Quezon City, close to the country's capital Manila.
