SAN JOSE, March 18 (Xinhua) -- Paris Saint-Germain goalkeeper Keylor Navas was among seven foreign-based players named on Friday in Costa Rica's squad for decisive World Cup qualifiers against Canada, El Salvador and the United States.
Head coach Luis Suarez also included former Sporting Lisbon midfielder Bryan Ruiz and Monterrey forward Joel Campbell.
Costa Rica will play Canada and the United States at home on March 24 and 30, either side of a trip to El Salvador on March 27. The fixtures are the final three match days of the North, Central America and Caribbean (CONCACAF) qualifying tournament.
The Ticos are currently fourth in the eight-team group with 16 points from 11 games.
The top three teams will earn an automatic place at football's showpiece tournament in Qatar later this year. The fourth-ranked side will advance to an intercontinental playoff.

Goalkeepers: Keylor Navas, Leonel Moreira and Esteban Alvarado.
Defenders: Juan Pablo Vargas, Francisco Calvo, Kendall Waston, Daniel Chacon, Carlos Martinez, Keysher Fuller, Ronald Matarrita, Ian Lawrence and Bryan Oviedo.
Midfielders: Yeltsin Tejeda, Celso Borges, Youstin Salas, Orlando Galo, Douglas Lopez, Alonso Martinez, Gerson Torres, Carlos Mora, Jewison Bennette, Brandon Aguilera and Bryan Ruiz.
Forwards: Joel Campbell, Jose Ortiz, Johan Venegas and Anthony Contreras. ■
