A Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson on Wednesday urged the United States to comply with the Biological Weapons Convention (BWC) and to offer clarifications on all matters the international community is concerned about.
Zhao Lijian made the remarks at a press briefing, regarding Russia's claim that its military had uncovered evidence of U.S.-funded military biological programs in Ukraine.
