NEW DELHI, March 11 (Xinhua) -- Bhimavaram of west Godavari in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh is a hub of aquaculture. Local authorities have embarked on the mission to encourage aquaculture in the southeastern coastal state to help improve livelihood.
