CANBERRA, March 10 (Xinhua) -- The annual Enlighten Festival runs this month in Canberra with landmark buildings illuminated with colorful lights. The "giant bubbles," displayed in front of the Canberra Theater Center, with various sizes and colors, have become the spotlight and attract many tourists to take photos.
